Over the next few months, we hope to be blogging about new and existing businesses that are open or opening in La Reserva de Marbella area through 2020.
With commercial centres in La Reserva de Marbella Fase I and Fase II, as well as in neighbouring areas of Carib Playa, the local population of Marbella East is well supported by a multitude of businesses offering their services to residents, visitors and people passing by, helping to prevent a longer trip out to the more commercialised areas such as Elviria and Calahonda.
First up is APEX Marbella Property, a business specialising in real estate sales, rentals and property management across the Costa del Sol.
Since 2008, the company has been had a presence at Centro Comercial Doña Pepa, La Reserva de Marbella, as a property management service company APEX Marbella, which remains. Now trading as APEX Marbella Property, their growing portfolio of property management clients are typically resident outside of #Spain and owners of a property within a 10km radius of La Reserva de Marbella, according to Office Manager, Emma Denham.
